Executive – Human Resources

About the Role

MBSL is looking for an HR Executive with 3+ years of banking sector HR experience to manage employee lifecycle processes, performance evaluations, and HR digitalization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee probation, confirmation, contract renewal, extension, and termination evaluation processes
• Facilitate performance evaluations (annual, mid-year, probation)
• Manage Job Descriptions and KPIs
• Prepare evaluation reports and management submissions
• Support promotions, career development, and succession planning
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Ensure policy and statutory compliance
• Support HR digitalization initiatives

Requirements

• Passed GCE Advanced Level Examination (minimum)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in banking or financial services
• Good computer literacy with MS Office, especially MS Excel
