About the Role

People's Leasing & Finance PLC is recruiting a Policy & Governance Executive to develop governance frameworks and ensure CBSL regulatory compliance at Sri Lanka's leading NBFI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain organizational policies and governance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with CBSL regulations and internal governance standards
• Prepare policy reports and governance documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• GCE O/L credit pass in Mathematics and English (first sitting)
• Three passes in GCE A/L
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for non-bank financial institutions preferred
