About the Role

Lead and transform manufacturing operations across Production, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse using Lean and digital transformation at GPV Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations across Production, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Execute digital transformation of manufacturing systems
• Manage cross-functional teams and deliver business results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing
