About the Role

Supervise kitchen operations at a Kitulgala riverside resort, leading eastern and western cuisine preparation.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations under Executive Chef
Prepare and oversee eastern and western cuisine
Manage menu planning and recipe costing
Oversee food cost control and hygiene standards

Requirements

Diploma in cookery from SLITHM or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar capacity at a recognised hotel
