About the Role

Manage quantity surveying for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects, preparing BOQs and cost estimates for C.P. Lanka Placements in Colombo 5.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities for MEP projects
• Estimate project costs and manage budgets
• Analyze contracts and manage variations
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams
• Prepare financial reports

Requirements

• Diploma level education
• Minimum 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in MEP field
• Age below 40 years
• Strong English and Sinhala communication abilities
• Good educational qualifications
