Associate Technical Lead

About the Role

Technical leadership role for a seasoned full-stack developer with Node.js/Java backend and React.js frontend experience, building enterprise applications in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of enterprise applications
• Architect backend solutions using Node.js/Java and frontend with React.js/Next.js
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices on AWS
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+ years of enterprise application development experience
• Node.js (Express.js) and/or Java (Spring Boot) backend proficiency
• React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS expertise
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS), Docker, and CI/CD
• SQL and NoSQL database knowledge
