Restaurant Supervisor

About the Role

Supervise floor operations and service standards at a banquet hall and restaurant in Nawagamuwa. LKR 50,000–70,000/month with free meals and accommodation. Deadline: 10 August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations, greet guests, ensure high service standards
• Oversee table setup, order taking, and food/beverage delivery
• Lead and monitor wait staff performance
• Maintain dining room supplies inventory
• Train new floor staff on procedures and protocols
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and front desk teams

Requirements

• 2–3 years in F&B service with at least 1 year supervisory experience
• Certificate in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management preferred
• Fluency in Sinhala and English (oral and written)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
