About the Role

Manage daily operations of Aasife Biriyani in Bambalapitiya. Trilingual (Tamil, English, Sinhala) required. Deadline: 13 August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and service delivery
• Staff recruitment, training, and performance management
• Maintain food quality and hygiene standards
• Monitor costs and achieve profitability targets
• Handle cash management and sales reconciliation
• Resolve customer complaints professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a Restaurant Manager
• Age 35 years or above
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
• Fluency in Tamil, English, and Sinhala
• Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management
