Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring high standards of hygiene and product quality
• Manage staff performance and customer service delivery
• Handle inventory, ordering, and stock management
• Implement sales and promotional strategies
• Monitor sales performance and store targets

Requirements

• 2+ years in retail or food & beverage management
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities
• Passion for customer service and team development
• POS systems and reporting proficiency
