About the Role

Sous Chef at Sun & Moon Resort, Kalutara. LKR 80,000 + service charge. Requires 3–5 years at a 4-star hotel. Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Maintain food quality and kitchen discipline
• Plan menu preparations and monitor food costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience at a 4-star hotel
• Diploma or higher in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Fluency in Sinhala and English
