Responsibilities

• Marketing campaign assistance across social media, email, and online channels
• Content and promotion management with lead follow-up
• Customer onboarding and communication support
• Feedback tracking and service issue monitoring
• Internal team coordination for improved customer experience

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Excellent English (written and verbal)
• Social media, email marketing, and CRM familiarity advantageous
