About the Role

Maintain cash flow models, conduct scenario analyses, manage investor relationships, and oversee compliance reporting for real estate financing structures.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update cash flow models for accurate financial reporting
Conduct scenario analyses and ad-hoc financial assessments
Manage corporate investor relationships from onboarding through partnership maintenance
Oversee timely interest collection and loan redemption compliance
Execute compliance reporting tasks and ensure audit compliance
Lead cost analysis and SPV structure development
Produce and negotiate term sheets with investors
Drive due diligence processes and manage legal documentation
Develop financial forecasting models and performance reports

Requirements

Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Significant real estate financing experience
Knowledge of SPV structures and financial facility execution
GDPR compliance expertise
CRM system management capabilities
Previous similar position experience preferred
