About the Role
Provide multi-channel customer support, manage POS system installations at client sites, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance via multiple channels
- Manage POS system installations at client sites
- Demonstrate software capabilities to clients
- Resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Gather customer feedback and bug reports
- Coordinate with Software Development Team for solutions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed IT/Computer Science diploma or certificate
- Foundational understanding of computer hardware and software installation
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving competencies
- Availability for client site visits and installations
