About the Role
Support tobacco farmers in Kandy with mentorship, training, and crop input allocation while managing depot operations, sustainability initiatives, and ESG compliance.
Responsibilities
- Identify productive areas and allocate crop inputs to meet production targets
- Provide continuous guidance and training to farmers
- Manage depot operations including administration and BAT Leaf systems
- Maintain safety culture and ensure EH&S compliance
- Collect and report ESG data across supply chain
- Deploy sustainability strategies on biodiversity and natural resources
Requirements
- BSc in Agriculture, Diploma in Agriculture, or relevant qualification
- Minimum 1 year agricultural field experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of EH&S policies
