About the Role

Manage customer portfolios from inquiry through to manufacturing, coordinating sample development, pricing negotiations, raw material sourcing, and aligning MOQs and BOMs with quality, price, and delivery expectations.

Responsibilities

Customer portfolio management across inquiry to order transfer stages
Sample development and approval coordination
Pricing and cost negotiation
Raw material sourcing
MOQ and BOM alignment with organizational standards
Timeline maintenance for procurement and production
Supporting market insights and management decisions

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, CIM, or CIMA
Minimum 1 year front-end merchandising experience with development/order processing exposure
SAP Sales & Distribution module proficiency
Professional qualification preferred
