About the Role

Develop accurate garment patterns based on design specifications, coordinate with sample room and production teams, and support pre-production and sample development processes.

Responsibilities

Create and develop garment patterns based on design specifications
Interpret technical sketches and design sheets
Coordinate with sample room and production teams
Ensure accurate fitting and size grading
Support sample development and pre-production processes
Identify and resolve pattern/fit issues
Maintain technical documentation

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in garment pattern making and technical coordination
CAD pattern systems knowledge preferred
Strong understanding of garment construction and fitting
Relevant qualifications in Textile/Apparel Technology preferred
