- Monitor performance metrics
- Lead and coach junior staff members
- Manage social media budgets
Requirements
- 2+ years in agency environment
- Strong copywriting and editing abilities
- Data analysis and SEO knowledge
- Community management and customer service expertise
- Leadership and team management capabilities
