About the Role
Support the CEO with administrative, operational, and strategic tasks including calendar management, reporting, email, payroll coordination, and stakeholder liaison.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's tasks, calendar, and meeting coordination
- Generate reports and maintain departmental updates
- Handle email correspondence and LinkedIn management
- Support payroll, accounts, and FCA account management
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor back-office operations for target achievement
Requirements
- Prior personal assistant experience at executive level
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot, ClickUp, and accounting software
- Basic accounting competency
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
