About the Role
Join a growing QS consultancy to prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender documents for international projects using CostX, Revit, and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Quantity takeoffs from design drawings
- BOQ/Cost plan preparation
- QA/QC checks and progress reporting
- Tender document assistance
- Building descriptions and bulk quantity verification
Requirements
- University degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or Construction Management
- 3-6 years in pre-contract QS work
- Cost-X, Revit, AutoCAD proficiency
- International project experience preferred
