About the Role

Lead sample development, costing, and customer negotiations for assigned categories, coordinating cross-functionally to achieve product development targets at Rathmalana.

Responsibilities

• Develop merchandising objectives and action plans for assigned categories
• Drive Sample Development On-Time Delivery and profitability
• Manage customer relationships to deliver product development goals
• Lead Development Merchandisers to achieve departmental objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Designing, Clothing Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years relevant merchandising experience
