About the Role

Create patterns from development, prepare size charts, and grade for bulk production, leading a team of pattern makers for Key Accounts Group 1 at Ratmalana.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer specifications and develop patterns aligned with TNA plans
• Provide pattern-related technical inputs to internal stakeholders
• Oversee and guide the pattern making team

Requirements

• Diploma in Clothing Technology with Certificate in Pattern Making
• 1-3 years of pattern making experience
