Graduate Trainee - Product Development

About the Role

Execute sample development, costing, and PLM activities for assigned styles as a graduate trainee, coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams at Ratmalana.

Responsibilities

• Create full costings based on customer/category requirements
• Plan garment sample development using tech pack specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
• Collaborate on approvals and documentation handover

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing, Clothing Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Fluent English communication
