Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Guide leadership on organisational restructuring and change initiatives
- Oversee workforce acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts
- Manage performance systems and employee development programs
- Administer compensation and benefits frameworks
- Maintain compliance with Sri Lankan labour regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM/SHRM or equivalent
- 8+ years progressive HR experience (2+ managerial)
- Expertise in organisational change and transformation
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws
- MBA preferred
