About the Role
Build an engaging workplace environment, manage the full employee lifecycle, handle HRIS, payroll, labour law compliance, and office administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
- Handle probation periods, performance evaluations, confirmations, and terminations
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records per ISO standards
- Prepare payroll information and generate HR analytics
- Ensure labour law compliance
- Coordinate administrative functions like office maintenance and procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
