About the Role
Onsite end-user computing support role managing Windows 10 and Office 365 environments, IMAC operations, and endpoint security at a Trincomalee site.
Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite technical support to end-users
- Manage Windows 10 and Office 365 environments
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents
- Execute IMAC and break-fix operations
- Support ServiceNow-based IT service management workflows
- Maintain endpoint security and regulatory compliance
- Handle device imaging, patching, and lifecycle management
Requirements
- 2-3+ years desktop support or EUC experience
- Advanced Windows and Office 365 proficiency
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- ITIL process familiarity
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
