About the Role

Lead the pre-opening phase and operations of a luxury boutique hotel in Hiriketiya, establishing service standards and curating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-opening phase and operational setup
Oversee all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Guest Services
Mentor and build high-performance teams
Position property in premium market through PR and stakeholder engagement
Establish guest service standards and operational excellence

Requirements

Demonstrated hotel pre-opening success
Strong Rooms Division background
Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations
PR and stakeholder management expertise
Knowledge of all hotel operations
Preferred: Southern Sri Lanka coastal region exposure
