About the Role

Construction roles requiring quantity surveying expertise for cost estimation, monthly valuations, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying work independently
• Prepare ESR (Estimated Statement of Requirements)
• Process subcontractor bills
• Conduct monthly valuations
• Manage quantity surveying tasks for construction projects

Requirements

• Quantity Surveyor: BTEC/HNDE (Q.S.) with 2–3 years experience, or N.C.T. (Q.S.) with 3–5 years experience
• Assistant Quantity Surveyor: N.C.T. (Q.S.) or equivalent with minimum 3 years similar experience
