About the Role

Field-based hardware technician providing on-site IT equipment repair and support services for a leading Sri Lankan conglomerate.

Responsibilities

• On-site hardware repair and maintenance
• IT equipment support and troubleshooting
• Field service coordination

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent IT qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
• Basic IT hardware, software, and networking knowledge
• Troubleshooting and repair skills (laptops, tablets)
• Must own a motorbike
