About the Role

Pathfinder Group is seeking an experienced Dairy Manager to oversee dairy farming operations, manage herd health, production targets, and ensure profitability of their dairy business.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dairy farm operations and milk production
• Oversee herd health, feeding, and breeding programs
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Manage farm staff and operations budgets

Requirements

• Degree in animal science, veterinary science, or agriculture
• 5+ years dairy farm management experience
• Knowledge of dairy herd management practices
• Willingness to work outstation
