About the Role

Ceylon Grain Elevators is seeking a Field Executive to manage their out-grower farming program, providing technical support to contract farmers and ensuring quality poultry production in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage out-grower contracts and relationships
• Provide technical guidance to contract farmers
• Monitor farm performance and quality standards
• Collect and analyze field data for reporting

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in animal science or agriculture
• 2+ years experience in poultry or agribusiness
• Willingness to travel to field locations
• Valid driving license preferred
