About the Role

LPK International is seeking a Plantation Manager or Assistant Plantation Manager to oversee crop production, manage plantation staff, and drive productivity and quality in plantation operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage plantation operations and crop production
• Oversee plantation worker teams and welfare
• Plan and execute crop cycles and harvesting
• Maintain accurate farm and financial records

Requirements

• Degree in agriculture, plantation management, or related field
• 5+ years plantation management experience
• Knowledge of crop types relevant to Sri Lankan plantations (tea, rubber, coconut)
