About the Role

Deliver professional guest dining service at Anukama Resort in Trincomalee, including beverage preparation, menu promotion, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests professionally
• Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and coffee
• Promote menu items to increase sales
• Build guest relationships for repeat business
• Maintain clean, organized tables
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in similar hospitality roles
• Proficiency in cocktail and beverage preparation
• Fluency in Sinhala and English
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong sales orientation
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
