About the Role
Lead kitchen operations at Anukama Resort, designing menus, cooking across Sri Lankan, European, and Chinese cuisines, and training kitchen staff to hotel standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop menus that cater to diverse clientele
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high culinary standards
- Oversee kitchen operations and inventory management
- Train and supervise kitchen personnel
- Maintain food safety and hygiene protocols
Requirements
- 3-5 years as Commis 1 or Chef de Partie
- Proficiency in Sri Lankan, European, and Chinese cuisines
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Skilled in garnishing and plate presentation
