About the Role
Drive modern trade channel sales for Samagi Spice products, managing key supermarket accounts and promotional strategies across Colombo and Matara.
Responsibilities
- Manage modern trade accounts including supermarket chains and hypermarkets
- Develop and execute trade promotions and planogram strategies
- Achieve volume and value sales targets across modern trade channels
- Build strong relationships with buyer teams at key accounts
- Monitor competitor activity and market share in modern trade
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 3-5 years experience in modern trade FMCG sales
- Key account management experience with supermarket chains
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel between Colombo and Matara
