About the Role
Oversee garment washing and finishing operations at Top Wash Enterprises' Kelaniya facility, ensuring quality and production targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of garment washing and finishing processes
- Supervise production floor staff and ensure output meets targets
- Monitor quality of washed and finished garments
- Ensure proper handling of washing chemicals and effluent treatment
- Coordinate with client factories on order requirements and delivery
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in garment washing or laundry operations
- Strong supervisory and production management skills
- Knowledge of fabric care and chemical processes
- Good communication skills
