Merchandiser – Bulk

About the Role

Coordinate bulk raw material procurement using SAP, manage purchase orders to vendors, track material flow aligned with cut dates, and liaise with plant teams for production continuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide inquiries to suppliers using excel BOM from development Merchandisers
• Generate and submit purchase orders timely to vendors
• Manage raw material flow aligned with production cut dates
• Participate in weekly internal meetings with progress updates
• Coordinate with Development Merchandisers and Fabric Technologists
• Review weekly raw material stock reports
• Liaise with plant PCU teams for production continuity

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
• One year of experience in a similar role
• SAP purchasing module proficiency
