Deputy / Assistant Manager – Internal Audit

About the Role

Execute internal audit assignments, evaluate internal controls and governance, conduct operational and compliance audits across facilities, and generate audit reports with 90% travel to plantation regions.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal audit assignments aligned with approved audit plans
• Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and governance structures
• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across facilities
• Generate audit reports with findings and recommendations
• Monitor corrective action implementation
• Support fraud investigations and management requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
• Professional qualification: CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant internal audit or external audit experience
• Willingness to travel approximately 90% of the time
