About the Role

Manage and grow key hospitality accounts for Promo Lanka Marketing (PLM), driving revenue through strategic account management and strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts by executing strategies that drive revenue growth
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate across project, technical, and operations teams
• Monitor service completion rates and address issues proactively
• Oversee cash flow and payment follow-ups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 8-10 years in Key Account Management, sales, or business development
• F&B industry and kitchen equipment design knowledge (advantageous)
• Valid Driver's License
