About the Role
Prepare specialty espresso beverages and deliver outstanding café experiences at Shirohana, Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages to established standards
- Dial in coffee, maintain grinders, and ensure drink consistency
- Deliver excellent customer service and engage meaningfully with guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist with stock control and daily café preparation
- Support trainee staff and collaborate closely with the team
Requirements
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of espresso techniques, milk texturing, and café workflow
- Passion for quality coffee and hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining standards
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
