Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage OKR-based performance evaluations
• Oversee learning and development initiatives
• Support career progression and succession frameworks
• Execute employee engagement programs

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management
• 3-5 years relevant HR experience
• Hands-on background in recruitment, performance management, and L&D
• HRIS systems proficiency (advantageous)
