About the Role

Lead product development execution for assigned categories, focusing on forecasting, sample development, costing, and customer negotiations to achieve topline and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop PD Merchandising objectives and action plans
• Drive sample development timelines and profitability metrics
• Manage customer relationships and product development deliverables
• Lead development merchandiser teams
• Handle garment costing and account profitability strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Clothing Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing
• 1-2+ years merchandising experience
• PLM and internal systems knowledge preferred
