About the Role
Manage security operations and compliance across Toyota Lanka's island-wide branch network.
Responsibilities
- Manage security operations across Toyota Lanka's branch network
- Coordinate with external security service providers
- Conduct regular security inspections and compliance audits
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective measures
- Train staff and security personnel on safety procedures
- Monitor CCTV systems and access control infrastructure
Requirements
- Age 35-45 years
- Retired Armed Forces background preferred (Army, Navy, or Air Force)
- Captain rank or equivalent prioritized
- Minimum 10 years in security, operations, or administration
- CCTV monitoring and access control system expertise
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- MS Office proficiency
