About the Role
Lead industrial engineering activities at Brandix's Rideegama facility, driving production efficiency and mentoring IE Officers.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-production activities and meet targeted production start dates
- Achieve planned efficiency and productivity metrics through daily IE tasks
- Perform SAH and efficiency calculations for each style
- Mentor IE Officers and oversee their performance development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering or Clothing Technology
- GSD License or demonstrated experience with GSD systems
- 3-5+ years in industrial engineering roles
- Hanger line or Unit Production System management experience preferred
