Production Executive - CICL

About the Role

Plan and oversee weekly production schedules at Ceylon Cold Stores' Avissawella facility, ensuring quality, food safety, and efficiency targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement weekly production schedules and ensure material availability
• Monitor production parameters and conduct inspections to maintain quality standards
• Manage material consumption variance, batch traceability, and staff supervision
• Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure machinery operates efficiently with minimal downtime
• Maintain compliance with QMS, Food Safety Management System, and SHE standards
• Schedule shifts and manage labor costs within budget constraints
• Drive process control and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in FMCG manufacturing
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Negotiation skills
