About the Role
Enhance the performance and capability of sales teams at Ceylon Cold Stores through field coaching, training, and capability development programmes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field coaching sessions with sales staff; observe performance and deliver feedback
- Design and deliver training on sales skills and product knowledge
- Create learning content and track progress through digital systems
- Maintain records and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Identify capability gaps and develop targeted improvement action plans
Requirements
- Degree in Sales/Coaching or equivalent diploma with 1-2 years T&D or coaching experience
- FMCG industry knowledge and familiarity with modern training methodologies
- Business acumen, team-building, analytical thinking, and communication competencies
- Two non-related professional references required
