Transport Operational Executive

About the Role

Coordinate daily transport operations at Amila Transport and Logistics, managing vehicle allocation, driver scheduling, and ERP-based job tracking.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and allocate vehicles, drivers, and helpers to meet daily schedules
• Monitor vehicle movements and resolve operational disruptions in real time
• Create and update jobs in ERP or Transport Management Systems with accurate details
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and customers to minimize service disruptions
• Act as communication bridge between operations, management, and customers
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
• Maintain operational records and provide regular management updates

Requirements

• Ability to manage daily operational challenges under pressure
• Knowledge of ERP or Transport Management Systems
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Understanding of transport compliance and safety standards
