About the Role
Lead the strategic planning and management information systems function at a listed commercial bank in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning function of the bank
- Develop and maintain MIS reporting frameworks
- Conduct business analysis and prepare strategic reports
- Support board and senior management decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators and business metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Post-graduate qualification or professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, CFA) preferred
- Significant banking or financial services experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
