About the Role

Supervise daily store operations and cashiering at LAUGFS Supermarkets' Kolonnawa branch, with permanent employment, overtime pay, life insurance, and meal accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supermarket floor and cashier operations
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Train and guide junior staff
• Monitor stock and assist with inventory management

Requirements

• Age 18–40 years
• Minimum Ordinary Level education with Mathematics pass
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Fully shaven appearance required
• Available for 12-hour shifts including night shifts
• Service certificate required
