Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of financial consultants
• Drive life insurance sales and achieve targets in Kurunegala region
• Develop and maintain client relationships in the life insurance sector
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team
• Prepare sales reports and performance reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years proven track record in sales, marketing, or financial services
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Positive, proactive, and goal-driven mindset
• Ordinary Level education minimum
