Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage garment technical specifications, tech packs, and measurement charts
• Monitor garment construction, fitting, and technical compliance
• Coordinate across merchandising, production, and quality departments
• Identify and resolve technical issues in production
• Conduct fitting evaluations and maintain quality standards
• Improve production quality and efficiency

Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in garment or apparel industry
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and production processes
• Technical operations and quality standards expertise
• Cross-departmental coordination ability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
